Upward trend in recent years has been for the regime of books to make things more complicated.
I hope that is because everyone is competing with others to go out with a new theory or the other about why we gain weight and why their plan food is the only one to help us as that. And low-fat, low in calories were closed!
My problem with this new trend is that food even more basic math calculations and does not have a problem at school, I do not use the table what I can eat. And while counting calories is one thing (most of us are probably running with the thesaurus now of how we have a lot of calories usually options) that the new regime is much more complex.
With a new regime we need to know and count carbohydrate grams fat, GI index and various types. And it is often not enough to make a count, we must work our percentage of carbohydrate, protein and fat (yes, to follow a special diet and you must balance these foods in all).
I also think that food is not intended to be consumed like this. This is to be appreciated. Most of us know what is healthy and what is not. Most of us know that we will be better compared apple cake with cream. Most of us know that we have the benefit of all different types of foods to feel great.
The new regime will not last. More complex will meet and sad because we can all lose weight with simple changes.
1. Make healthy choices for most foods you eat
2. Vary your choice
3. Sometimes, enjoy a game that you like, although rich in fat or sugar or whatever
4. Eat only when you are physically hungry
5. Stop when you are satisfied, not filled
6. Fill half your plate at lunch and dinner with vegetables or salad, a quarter of a quarter of carbohydrates and proteins.
If all those who want to lose weight only to follow these simple guidelines, there will be more successful dieters around and much less interference in weight loss.
